Meet Michelle Miles

Michelle Miles found her love of writing buried in the fantasy books of Patricia A. McKillip and the beautiful romances of Victoria Holt. It wasn’t until her high school years she decided to take up the pen and try her hand at writing. She created faraway lands, space adventures, and even princesses who just wanted to be saved. Never learning to plot, she always believed that jumping in feet first was the way to go and has since become a self-proclaimed Pantser, writing sexy contemporaries and sizzling action/adventure.

Her contemporary Coffee House Chronicles, include TALK DIRTY TO ME and NICE GIRLS DO, which are currently available from Samhain Publishing. The third novella, TAKE ME I’M YOURS, is now available through Cobblestone Press. There quite possibly be a fourth, but with Michelle, you never know which way she’ll go or what will strike her fancy next.

If action/adventure is more your speed, get your adventure on with A BEND IN TIME and the sequel, A BREAK IN TIME. Follow the time-traveling duo of Skye Ransom and Dane Fortune as they make their way through medieval Scotland, a frozen future, the sweltering heat of the jungle and the distance past with the Druids. Both are available in print through Amazon.Com and ebook at SamhainPublishing.Com.

She has just finished her first full-length fantasy romance about a female gladiator and the assassin who loves her, Fight of the Phoenix. Her current work-in-progress is an urban fantasy based on Celtic myths and legends and follows the story of Abby and her childhood crush, Kincaid. They’re out to save the Otherworld, one Faery at a time.

She resides in North Texas with her cat, her Man and her soccer son. You can read her daily antics at her blog, Ye Olde Inkwell. Michelle is also a regular contributor to Pop Culture Divas once a month where she discusses her love of movies. In her spare time, she enjoys watching hockey (and drooling over all the hotties in skates), reading (one tall, dark tortured hero, please), baking (she *loves* to bake cheesecakes but never eats the stuff), and drinking lots and lots of coffee. And – oh yeah – buying shoes!
