So… woke up at 3:30 this morning with a stomach ache and a raging headache. I guess that’s what I get for eating Mexican food and drinking Sangria. Ah well. It was good at the moment of ingestion. I managed to get back to sleep finally close to 5 am. SO GLAD it’s Saturday and I could sleep in some.

Went to Texas Motor Speedway today and got us some tickets for the Busch race in November. My son wanted to go to a “real live” race. Should be a good time.

We drove around town in the Jeep with the top down. Nice day today. Not too hot but it will be in the lower 90s. The only thing I hate about the Jeep with the top down is trying to control the hair. Baseball cap and pony tail are a MUST.

Got some comments back on TDTM. She said it was “very sexy” with human characters and lots of emotion. YES! That means I did my job as a writer. So that totally rocks. Waiting on more comments and then I’m going to take a look at the ms. again and get it ready. I have high hopes this one will get picked up by LSB.
