It’s the end of January already?

I didn’t blog yesterday, did I? I guess I had nothing say. Imagine – me with nothing to say!

Been working on the contest. I made a matrix of sorts with all the information I need to start sending out emails. Luckily, I had everything I needed on my thumb drive, because – like a moron – I left all my important paperwork on my desk at the office. So I started that up last night and got several done before I nearly passed out from exhaustion.

The ordeal I’m dealing with continues to change. Just when I think I have it all figured out, something else happens to catch me off guard. (Those of you who know me personally, know what I’m talking about.) I don’t really want to go into too much detail but it’s the reason why I haven’t felt much like blogging lately.

No writing to speak of but that’s not surprising. I think I need more coffee.

   Oh yes, Mik. Coffee is the cure for everything! I’ve been a bit stalled with my writing also. I blame January. Fortunately, January is on its way out and crappy February is here. For me, February means -40 weather and the car not starting, and usually no money to do anything. It’s the perfect time to write! I’m working out a February writing game-plan right now.

   I liked your quote. I don’t have any brilliance to return other than lean on your friends and pour your soul into your craft. And every so often, a little red wine is in order! hehe
