Quote of the Day:
Face your deficiencies and acknowledge them; but do not let them master you. Let them teach you patience, sweetness, insight.
- Helen Keller
WHY was LOST a repeat last night? I watched it long enough to see Sawyer take his shirt off and then I was done. :hehe:
I had a meeting yesterday in our Dallas office. It was a great meeting and I got to visit with some of my favorite people afterwards. As a former employee of the Dallas office, I sometimes miss those people and I certainly miss getting to go to lunch with them – especially at the Angry Dog. Dude, I love that place.
I got home after six and was just wiped out. Staying up until midnight the last three nights has not been kind to me. So when I discovered LOST was a rerun, I paid my bills :dead: and then watched an episode of Sex and the City on TBS. I crashed hard at 9:30. I think it rained – they said we’d have thunderstorms but if it did, I didn’t hear it. I was only awaked from my dead sleep by the cat who decided it was time for me to pet him.
Absolutely no writing done last night. Too tired. I need to start figuring out the treasurer’s report since my meeting is this week. I have Sweetie Boy tonight and he told me he wants Chick-Fil-A and he wants to play, so I guess that’s what we’re doing for dinner.
And I wore my fabulous silver shoes today.
