Quote of the Day:
To be capable of steady friendship or lasting love, are the two greatest proofs, not only of goodness of heart, but of strength of mind.
- William Hazlitt
More news! I have received the cover art for Eorwulf. It’s just beautiful too. The artist really captured the tone and feel of the story and I totally love it. Click the more link at the bottom of this entry to see the full version of it. I’ll get the thumbnail on the sidebar sometime this weekend.
Release date for Eorwulf is June 12. WOOHOO!
I also received the ARC for Talk Dirty To Me. Seeing it for the first time in full format made me all giddy. It’s great. I have just over a month before it’s released!
Last night I had the Sweetie Boy and we hung out and had a good time. We always watch Tom & Jerry together. After I dropped him off, I got home and worked on my newsletter. If you haven’t signed up, check out the sidebar and fill in your email address to get it. (Plug) Anyway, got my newsletter out to my subscribers.
I need to start working on season 3 of the serial. I have several different directions I could go, but I’m not sure how I want to proceed. So I’m going to put together a couple of different proposals and get them to the marketing director for review. See what she thinks.
Not a day doesn’t go by that I don’t think about writing. It has become a part of me now. So much so that I feel myself steering my career more and more in that direction. It’s a good feeling and I actually got some writing done this week. I love to see that kind of progress, too. Makes me feel more productive. I’m just happy I’m writing again, even if it is just edits.
I’m happy it’s Friday. For such a short work week, it sure has been a long one. Yesterday dragged by so bad, I thought I would go crazy. I hope today doesn’t go by so slow.
I stopped at Starbucks this morning, but my cup is empty. I must get more coffee since I’m feeling kinda draggy and tired (thanks to allergies and not enough sleep).
:coffee:
