Well yesterday I managed to update WordPress to the latest version without any trouble. Except now my smilies are all gone in draft mode. Good thing I know most of them, eh? I’m not sure I like this new version, but oh well. I guess I’ll get used to it. I have to admit I do kinda dig the post preview…Â
Anyway… Today is my chapter meeting and I think I’m all ready. For once, I had all my stuff together the night before.Â
Yesterday I had a such a craving for nachos, I couldn’t stand it. I kept telling Sysenlaw I needed nachos for lunch and made HER crave them. So we ended up meeting for lunch at On The Border. I got my nacho fix. WAHOOÂ
My dinner/shopping date had to cancel last night due to illness. I was sad but it was kinda good since I had to get home and finish the Treasurer’s Report for today. Plus I updated the website and tinkered with Collective You.Â
I did something else special last night - I CUT UP MY CREDIT CARDS. No more spending for this gal. It’s time to buckle down and get totally serious about my budget. If I don’t have the cash, then I can’t have it. I’m going to pay them off and start thinking about that house I really want. Make it a reality. I guess my fun is over for now. Ah well. It was probably a really good thing I didn’t go shopping last night because I might have bought that Coach bag I’m hot to have.Â
Time to dash. I have to run an errand before I hit the road.
