I slept in this morning. It was glorious. Of course I woke up at 4 am and then couldn’t go back to sleep for awhile, but at least I didn’t have to get up at 6.

I got the baby’s birthday presents wrapped last night since his big day is next Wednesday. I can’t believe my baby is going to be 5 years old.

Yesterday at the office was one of those nice quiet days where I got lots done. Well, lots in a slow manner. It takes a lot of time to hunt and gather information, after all. Since it was payday, I got all the bills paid and out of the way. I absolutely despise being so broke, but it’s a way of life I suppose.

I did absolutely NO writing on NGD last week. What a terrible state of affairs. I did, however, get some of the edits done on Ransom & Fortune. I have a wonderful editor and if you read it the first time around, then you’re in for a surprise. We’re changing up the story just a smidge and it’s going to make it much stronger and much better. Gosh, I can’t wait to see it published! I should have cover art soon. I hope!

The coming soon page for November isn’t up yet, but hopefully soon. Tentative release date is the end of the month.
