The party was great last night. We all had a wonderful time! It was so much fun to visit with everyone and we ate lots and lots of terrific food. I think I’m still full from that (the deviled eggs ROCKED – I think I had four or five … haha).

Today I’m going to do a whole lot of nothing. Just laundry and that’s it. Maybe watch Dead Man’s Chest again. I’m sort of in the mood to cook and bake. Yesterday on the Barefoot Contessa on Food Network, Ina Garten made this wonderful roasted pork loin with roasted veggies (fennel, carrots, onion) and WOW it looked so good. I got the recipe but I need a large roasting pan to make it. I really think I’m going to try it and very soon. Well, as soon as I get a roasting pan.

The cat is attacking a bag which is cracking me up. It’s an old Foley’s bag with a big rip in the bottom and he’s getting in it and hiding. This is one of the reasons why I love katties!

Okay I’m off to drink coffee. It’s a bit overcast today. I think in my staying-in, I’ll use my foot tub since my feet are a wreck. They need the pampering.
