Quick Entry
April 16, 2007
Not much time to blog this morning, so I’ll try to make this quick.
The Stars lost in OT to the Canucks, making the series 2-1 Canucks. I hope they manage to win the next one or we’re in trouble.
I got a lot done this weekend. Got all the contest entries back to the entrants. What a load off my mind! I’m so glad I don’t have to worry about that anymore and I can really focus now on other stuff. I worked on the edits Sunday too and got a big section done. Then I laid around the rest of the day. I think my brain and my body were telling me to shut down and just relax. So I watched all sorts of TV which I usually don’t do.
I watched the recap show of Grey’s Anatomy and the second episode of The Tudors (haven’t watched the 3rd yet, though). Americas Funniest Videos was on while I cooked dinner - a lovely chicken in a lemon sauce. It was delish. I continued to lay on the couch for Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters. By the time it was over, The Man was calling me.
On my DVR to be watched: the 3rd episode of The Tudors and the pilot episode of Painkiller Jane
I feel recharged and rested today. The first time in a very long time, so apparently I needed a lazy afternoon and evening.
The baby boy will be with me all week as his dad is out of town. Which means I get the balancing act once again. But it’s all good. I just wish Monday hadn’t come so damn quick.
