Okay so… I went to Ikea today (that was a 2 hour roundtrip excursion) and the bookshelves won’t fit in my car. Glad I pre-measured but I was mad. I sort of expected it though. I went ahead and got the TV stand I wanted, though.

Got home, had lunch, then tackled Home Impromvent Project #2 – hanging the ceiling fan. And guess what? I did it. All by myself. It nearly kicked my ass and I sweated buckets and I did it and it works and the fan doesn’t even wobble. I’m so happy.

One down…two to go…

But now I need a shower because I stink and then I’m going to tackle putting the TV stand. Maybe I should do that first because I’m boung to sweat buckets. Again.

Ick.
