Another Monday
May 7, 2007
I am somewhat annoyed that it’s Monday again.
After I got the ceiling fan up yesterday, I put together my new TV Bench from Ikea (in beech). I have to say, I really really like it. It’s way better than the $20 stand I had. Plus, it doesn’t jut out into the room as much. It’s longber, but less wide. I like that. I hauled the old one out to the curb with a FREE sign on it. It was gone within a couple of hours. I can’t wait to get the bookshelves and go on either side of it. It’s going to look so smashing.
After I got the laundry done, I sat on the couch like a slug. I did nothing. It was great. My arms are sore this morning and I’m just flat tired. I had no desire to get out of bed only because I enjoyed laying there so much.
I did work on The Book a little, but not much. I’m going to try and buckle down and get a lot of it done this week and next. I came up with another twist I think will work well and I just want to get it written before it’s left the brain.
And now I need coffee.
