Results Day 2
November 3, 2007
Just a quick check in here today.
I did about 600 words yesterday on new material. The rest was edits (I know I’m not supposed to but I couldn’t stop myself). Overall, the project is just over 6,000 words.
I’ve decided even if I don’t make the 50K mark with THIS story, if I can just finish it, that’d be good. I can work on the next one to continue writing and make that goal. Trying to set writing goals each day.
Had soccer this morning and the team they played didn’t play very fair. One kid kept tripping and pushing our boys. Made me want to smack him. The ref - a young gal - didn’t call all of them either and it was making the dads made. Even the coach.
Anyway… Sweetie Boy asked for a haircut so I took him right after the game. He looks so handsome.
We’re off to have an early dinner this afternoon and then when we get home, I’ll probably collapse.
Tomorrow we have church and I have to grocery shop sometime or another!
No rest for the weary.
