It feels like fall
April 28, 2008
We got a cool front this weekend that brought really chilly temps. It feels like fall! Of course, by the end of the week it’s going to be 90. Blah.
Had a good weekend. We were BUSY BUSY. The boys played hard Saturday and won their last soccer game and then we had the party. Hung out there for two hours until about 3 and then headed home to relax the rest of the afternoon.
Yesterday we went to church and then I had to swing by the office and pick up my work computer. The kiddo loves going to my office because there’s candy there, according to him. Then we went home and had lunch. I cleaned house and he played Wii. Finished the laundry.
I did make a Lowe’s run and got some things I needed for the garage. I hung up my hose hang-outs and got the water hoses in the front and back out of the yard. The clutteriness of the hoses in the yard was driving me crazy. I also bought another one for inside the garage for my extension cord for my electric yard equiment. I was tired of tripping on it.
Hopefully the garage door guy will be here today and I can get it working right. I’m thinking it will just need a tune-up, but we’ll see. I’m hanging around the house waiting for them the show up. That’s why I picked up my work computer - so I could get some stuff done while I waited. I hate waiting.
Ah well. Happy Monday!

Oh I hate waiting for workmen too. Like we have all the time in the world to sit and wait. La-de-da. And the cable company…don’t get me started on them.
