Moving on…

Yesterday was a total beating.

It started off with me dropping my hairbrush in the cat box. I had that split second moment of “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”
:cuss:
but there was nothing to be done about it. It was a goner. And Ew. I immediately ran my brush under hot water. I’m glad it’s plastic.

Then I have been super busy at the office. Which is great. It makes the day FLY by. We have a new gal in the office who is…shall we say…not very computer savvy. Hm. Poor thing. Actually poor IT.

Then the drive home went from stupid to retarded. I finally picked up Sweetie Boy and was exhausted from the heat and from working my tail off all day. So I opted for Applebee’s. It was easier than coming home and cooking.

When I got home, the cat had decided it would be a good idea to knock over the bamboo plant, spill all the water and all the rocks that was in the bottom all over the floor, and chew on the leaves. :plain:

I cleaned it up with the help of Sweetie Boy and we headed to the pet store where I bought some cat grass. It’s growing now as I write this. Grow, grass, grow! I had some for him before but I let it get too dry and it actually died. Plus he made a tremendous mess with the grass all over the living room.

I’ve been proud of myself – I haven’t used my credit cards all week! Of course, it helps that I cut them all up and they are gone. I plan to keep it that way. My balance transfer went through today so I can start concentrating on getting that sucker paid off. At zero interest for the next year and a half, I should be able to do it. I hope.

Hopefully today will be a better day.

Don’t forget to stop into the chat tonight if you can!
