See? Three days in a row I’ve blogged! YAY ME!
Yesterday was one of those days that was consumed by meeting/training. Necessary but at times yawn-inducing. However, I got my royalty statement AND my Texas-shaped pan arrived! YAY! My memory is failing and I can’t remember if I covered this but I’m making a Texas Cheesecake for the Family Thanksgiving. What is that, you ask? Why, it’s not really a cheesecake at all. It’s more like layered goodness (cream cheese, vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding). If it comes out good, I’ll post the recipe.
I made spinach and bacon quiche for dinner last night. It was a Paula Deen recipe and actually very good. First time I ever made quiche! The house still smells like it even this morning. Then I chopped veggies for beef stew which will be simmering in the crock pot all day and ready when I get home. I love crock pot dinners!
Then we watched House Hunters International and I decided I want to live some place with “shire” in the name of the town. đŸ˜€ They were showing houses in Oxford, England. I could live there for a year.
I’m still cross-stitching. I’m finishing up ornament #2. I only have another 7 ornaments to go before Christmas. đŸ™‚
31 days to go!
