I almost forgot to blog today.
I stayed up late last night watching six episodes of Sex and the City, thereby completing Season Three. Husband got home super late from work and immediately fell asleep on the couch. I even tried to get him up shortly after midnight, to no avail. He continued to snore and I went back to bed. I crashed, only to be disturbed at freaking 5 am :yelling: by the alarm going off. I thought Husband had to work today, but it turns out he didn’t.

I got back to sleep and dozed off and on until about 8:30 and finally dragged my lazy ass out of bed. It was off and running from then on. While Husband and Sweetie Boy went to get the oil changed in my car, I took the Jeep to the post office.
Which reminds me – My contest entry to the Winter Rose contest is mailed! WOOHOO! And I also mailed off my check and entry form for the SARA. Now I just gotta wait for the go-ahead to send in my submission via email. I’m glad I got that accomplished today. I can check that off my list now!
Everyone in the house fell asleep EARLY tonight and it’s just me up. So I pulled up Nice Girls Do and started writing. It feels damn good too. I finished chapter five and will be starting chapter six tonight. I was tired earlier, but I must have got that second wind so I’m writing (pausing momentarily to do this blog entry). The point is – I’m writing again. And DANG it feels great!
