Day Four

So. We’re home again today. School is closed. And… today we’re expected to be 1-2 inches of snow.

Yes, snow.

Whoever said Texas needed to be winterized should to be kicked in the snow balls. 😀

This week, I cooked pot roast, beef stew, and roasted a chicken. Tonight we’re having frozen pizza. Hey, three out of four healthy meals ain’t bad. Right? Besides, I’m itching to use my new pizza stone.

I’m working from home again today. Man went to work for a couple of hours yesterday but today it looks like we’ll all be stuck here again. We’re supposed to be in the 40s this weekend but next week, it starts all over again with the bad/foul winter weather. When will it end? We have a library book that’s due today and I have to get to the post office to mail a couple of things. That may be our only outing.

We haven’t had temps like this in over a decade. I guess we were due.
