Quote du Jour:
May those who love us, love us. And those who hate us, may God turn their hearts. And if he doesn’t turn their hearts, may he turn their ankels so we’ll know them by their limping.
–Irish Proverb
Sometimes being a parent is a challenge. One minute, you think all is well and the next… there’s poop in the pants. I mean, what is UP with that? At nearly 4 1/2, I KNOW my son knows when he needs to go. But tonight… it was like he just got lazy. The last thing I wanted to do was clean poopy pants in the middle of Lost.
And speaking of Lost…
Okay… I’m pissed. They left us hanging about Shannon and Sawyer. Is she gonna die? Is he? And WOO we get to see what happened on the other side to the back of the plane. THAT should be a great episode. May I just say I love Sayid? He has a permanent place in my heart and he’s OH so romantic. The tent, the candles… yeah, that could send a girl right off the edge. I would so go there. Overall, it was a great episode.
Wow that was a totally rambling paragraph, wasn’t it?
Tomorrow, my son has to take something for show-n-tell that starts with a “Jâ€. When I asked him what he wanted to take, he told me, “the jungle.†Okay, um, great, but we don’t seem to have one of those handy. I thought about it all night and FINALLY came up with JAMES! And if you’re not familiar with Thomas Train, then never mind. 🙂
No writing to report at this time. Unless emails count? Hope everyone is doing great on their NaNo! Keep up the good work.
I sure am. Doing great on my NaNo, that is. Thought I was running out of steam yesterday and ended up getting more than 3,000 words, so now I’m actually a day ahead, I don’t have to write at all today! Woo! I hope your sunburn is healing pretty well.
“J” for jungle is priceless! Not many four year olds would think of that. Very creative – just like his mom!
I can’t wait to find out what happens in the next Lost! It was so good!!!!!! Nano? what nano?
Aw come on you don’t have a SINGLE jungle in the house? haha He’s sweet =)
I heart Sawyer.
