Release Day: Highland Fling!

I’m excited! Today is the release day of Highland Fling, the first volume in the Ransom & Fortune Adventure Series!

Here’s a little backstory. This was the first serial I ever wrote. It eventually made it’s way to novel form and debuted in the world as part one in A Bend In Time, previously published by Samhain back in 2007. I got the rights back a long while ago, but because I’m neurotic and a Gemini, I tend to get distracted by the shiny pretty new writing ideas. 🙂

Anyway, I finally stopped long enough to sit down and revise the first book, splitting it into novellas…something I’d always wanted to do early on. The books have fantastic new cover art and have been heavily rewritten, so if you’ve read the previous versions, this is definitely worth another read. I’m not saying it’s totally different, but there are new enemies more dangerous our fearless hero and heroine (Dane and Skye) have to face. Now not only is it a story about getting back to where they belong, but it’s a story about saving the world.

Ah, I love saving the world one story at a time. 🙂
