If you can’t annoy somebody, there’s little point in writing.

So I got my advanced copy for reviewers of Ransom & Fortune yesterday and OMG it’s so fantastic! I literally squealed when I opened it. It’s like all so real now and I think I must have stared at it for a good thirty minutes. It’s way cool. The ONLY thing that would be more cool, would be to have it in paperback format and holding it in my hands and sniffing the pages. The formatting is great and I just love scrolling through the pages. WHEE!
I’m a little nervous about the serial being reviewed. What if it sucks? What if people hate it? I guess all I can do is suck it up and move on – kinda like getting over a bad critique.
I’m finally over my illness. I feel 1000 times better this morning. However, I’m starving. I’m getting my appetite back but I’m not sure what my stomach can handle. It might be still tender, even though I inhaled two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches last night for dinner.
Took Sweetie Boy to his eye appointment yesterday and while he hasn’t made much progress, he hasn’t regressed either. So that’s good. They dilated his eyes and even though he cried and tried to wipe away the drops, the did remarkably well. He was excellent for the doctors while they did their tests and we go back in six months to see how he’s doing then.
Okay I’m craving a BLT with cheese on wheat toast…I gotta go eat something…
That is not possible. At all. Anyone who reads R&F are going to absolutely LOVE IT. And if they don’t LOVE IT, they will surely appreciate the fine writing and tense plot. I don’t think it’s possible to hate it.
How exciting! A review!
R&F will do great! Don’t worry!
And, poor Sweetie Boy! I HATE having my eyes dilated.
