My neighbor woke me up mowing at 6:30 am this morning. ๐ Yeah, it’s going to be 101 today and I get she doesn’t want to mow this afternoon but at 6-fracking-30?
So I finally just got up, made coffee, turned on the computer and here I sit. Today I’m going to East Texas to pick up my baby boy. YAY! Man and I are picking up Mom on the way there. It’s a long, hot drive. Not really looking forward to the drive but I am looking forward to seeing my child. ๐
Okay I’m starving. I need food. Off to breakfast and then time to get ready!
Our city code says no mowers before 7 AM on a weekday, and 9 AM on a weekend, and not at all on Sundays. Check your city code and give her a gentle reminder. Next time, call the cops.
I’ve got a complaint in to city hall about city workers waking me at 5 freaking 30 with leaf blowers — banned here in the summer — on Friday.
URGH on the lawn mowing. But I guess I’m used to all my neighbors SNOW BLOWING at 4 and 5am—doesn’t bother me!

Hope you a good day and glad you are reunited with the little one again. ๐
6:30? She’s lucky she wasn’t shot. Even on a weekday, that’s too early.
Honey, if it’s 101, who CARES if your lawn looks good? No one’s out to see it!
