Yesterday I saw gas for $1.49! Awesome. I filled up for $1.51 and it only cost me $18.50 for the entire time. Heaven! I wonder how long it’s going to last?
Heavy thunderstorms rolled through last night. That’s typical of this type of weather. We’ve been off and on warm lately and because of that, when we get a cold front, we get thunderstorms. Pea size hail, strong winds. That’s usually only typical in the spring. Guess it’s been spring-like lately.
Today, the high is supposed to be 57 and then dropping throughout the afternoon. The low will be 32. I don’t get this kind of weather. It’s so up and down and wreaks havoc on the allergies!
I had a somewhat normal day at work yesterday which was odd. I didn’t quite know what to do with myself. I shipped out the books to all the other offices as well as burned the presentation on a CD for them. Don’t know if they’ll use it, but at least they have it and I can mark that task off my list.
Oh and regarding Jury Duty – yes, definitely on the book! I hear if you text and/or read, they are less likely to pick you. Let’s hope that’s true. Of course, I had planned to walk to the courthouse from the office but it’s going to be cold. I may bundle up and do it anyway. 😀
I guess that’s it! not much else to tell. I think I’ll get back to writing tonight. I want to finish the NaNo book in the next few weeks. I know I can do it after writing 50,000 words in 30 days. I’m still pretty proud of myself for that.
I filled up my tank yesterday for $30! I was so happy!
I have had no desire to work on the NaNo book. I know I need to finish it, as well. And I really want to, I just think I overkilled it. heh heh. But yes, we need to get back to writing!
Gas by me was $1.69, and I thought that was good. Now I’m envious for your lower prices.
Have fun with your NaNo book. I’ll be slogging away at my normal pace.
