I left the office at 3 pm yesterday and officially began my Christmas vacation! I don’t go back until January 3, which sounds like a really long time but I know it’ll fly by in the blink of an eye.
So today I’m home and have begun making my Christmas goodies. So far, the rum balls are chillin’ out in the fridge. Next up: peppermint bark. I know – you’re all riveted to your seats to see what I’m doing. 😉 I’ll post a picture of the balls when they’re been rolled in confectioners’ sugar. Right now they’re kinda ugly. Poor balls.
(And I really like saying balls…it’s totally fun.)
