Last night, I spent the evening writing more blog posts and answering interview questions for upcoming guest appearances. It took most of the evening. That and I had to install a new Sim City game on my son’s computer.
I love having a new release out, but it’s sure a lot of work to promote it. ๐ I look at my promo calendar with all my color-coding and see I have my work cut out for me. It’s all good, though. I’m glad I’m getting it done. I just don’t have enough hours in the day.
Yesterday, someone on Twitter told me he loved my story in the Entangled anthology and asked if it was stand-along or part of something bigger. When I told him, I’d written it as a stand-along short story, he said he really wanted more and hoped I would expand it. So I’ve been thinking about that. I’m going to have to do some brainstorming on the story and what happens next with Chloe and Edward. This is not a bad thing. ๐ My only real problem is…when am I going to get it done?
If only I didn’t have to sleep… I could get so much more done! ๐
I still haven’t made my trailer for One Knight Only or done any printed material for that or Entangled. It’s not that I don’t want to, it’s just there are other things that take priority. I still haven’t finished the redesign of my website. I can’t help but feel like I’m running out of time. And next week is the last week of September! I haven’t even started my Christmas stitching yet! Geeze.
Oh well. I’ll stop lamenting on how fast time is speeding by and just get ‘er done. Thank goodness the weekend is nearly here!
It’s terrible how time just disappears like melting ice when you have a million things to do. I suffer too…
I’m right there with you. Time is accelerating, but I’m still moving at the same pace! ๐
It’s not fair. I have a lot to accomplish before the end of the year! ๐
